Hunterdon Health and Wellness Center Offers Running Class

Running is one of the best activities most people can do to improve their health. Hunterdon Health and Wellness Center in Whitehouse Station will hold a Beginner/Intermediate Running Class that will be held Thursdays from 7:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.
Karen Robinson, Endurance Fitness Trainer, will show beginning runners how to prepare for a 5K run by adding a safe and effective running routine into their day. Intermediate runners will learn how to achieve personal goals with innovative speed and distance workouts designed to improve their overall performance. This class will run for 6 weeks and will include a three-day a week running schedule to fit into each participant's personal schedule.
The fee for this class is $75 for non-members and $60 for members of the Hunterdon Health and Wellness Center. To register or for more information call 908-534-7600.
